ENGRAVING PROCESS

01.Engraving of injection molds
primarily focuses on functional marking. This process is often used for applying calibrations, date stamps, or manufacturer logos. It is crucial for the engraving to be accurate and durable, with a depth not exceeding 0.5 mm to avoid negatively impacting the mold’s functionality.

02.Laser marking
serves advertising or identification purposes and has a more universal application. Here, the goal is primarily readability and aesthetics. Examples include company logos on products, identification tags, or informational plaques. For advertising or identification marking, it is essential that the information is legible and aesthetically pleasing on the surface, regardless of the material on which it is applied.
