PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE DURATION AND SCOPE

A typical preventative maintenance lasts between 2-4 hours and includes checking the actual optical power of the laser before and after the service with a dedicated laser power meter. During the maintenance, the condition of optical components is inspected, cleaned, and, if necessary, replaced to restore the laser’s nominal power. The service also includes cleaning the power supply and cooling system, along with water and filter replacement. Upon completion, a report is generated detailing the laser’s power before and after the service, the number of current pulses, and any additional notes and recommendations.
